School Visits Information

A recent discovery by a local  little historian!                                                                                                      now ...  What do you think?

One of our super sleuth local school children made this discovery during a recent school visit to Cooneana. After much debate, what it actually is, is still undecided and remains a curiosity.

Can you help us with our investigation?
Tell us what you think it is in the 'comments'.

It may not be of any significance at all??

Some points to help you:
  • About 12.5cm long.
  • Threaded part is 1cm wide.
  • Top part is 3cm wide & about 3.5cm long.
  • Not very heavy.
  • No numbers or writing.
  • Found on top of ground at our outdoor mining area.
  • On site here at Cooneana are things like buildings & a range of machinery.

Tip: Use resources such as the internet and talking to other people.

Come in & see it for yourself!

What curiosities might YOU discover when you next visit Cooneana? Remain alert! You never know what you may find! You could make a discovery anywhere!
