Heritage Christmas Market

On Saturday 22 November 2025, Cooneana Heritage Centre will be holding a Heritage Christmas Market where you can find all sorts of items that could help with your Christmas shopping. The market will open at 9am and close at 1pm.

Imbibis Craft Distillery - Award winning gins and brandy made from Australian ingredients in small, bespoke batches. 

Walloon Gold Honey - choose from Ginger infused honey, Lemon flavoured honey, Creamed honey, Pure Natural honey, Beeswax, and bee crafted items e.g. brooches, lights, charms, keyrings.

Grumpy Grandpas and the Ladies - handmade wooden and craft items - meet the makers

Cooneana Blacksmiths - items made in their onsite workshop - chat to them about their skills

Riverview Neighborhood Watch - Information and raffle tickets for a Christmas Hamper

Vintage Sips - Crows Nest soft drinks and syrups - create old-fashioned tastes at your celebrations

Spinners, Weavers, Fibre Artisans of Ipswich - yarns, fabrics, fibre related hand-made items and equipment

The Crooked Broom - Pagan and Witchcraft products 

Valknut Meadery - Bottles of Mead - the oldest fermented drink and Viking-style ceramics 

Hobbit Hole Coffee - Coffees and teas of all descriptions

Ipswich Historical Society - Items from our shop, books, raffle tickets

Queensland Metal Artisans Collective - creative metalwork made by members

Brad DJ will keep us in the mood with music and fairy floss

Mobile Police Beat - Meet the officers and volunteers and get information on how to stay safe this holiday season.

There will be no entry charge for visitors and tours of the museum and Cooneana Homestead will be available as well as all the market stalls.
